Bed was terrible. Could feel springs coming through the mattress. Did not get a good night sleep

Excellent location in the old town of Hanoi and Hoan Kiem lake. Staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean. My only remark for the rooms would be that may require some renovation soon, as they start to look old. Breakfast is nice too. Value for money.

Clean and cosy hotel. Breakfast is awesome. Location is in the Old Quarter. Easy to find eateries and shopping is everywhere around the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Couldn't be more happy to stay in Au Coeur DHanoi Boutique Hotel, again.

The rooms was clean but small. However it was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No problem with communication as all of them can speak good English.

We were in a street front room on the 4th floor. It was quiet. It was comfortable, clean, light & bright. The staff were very pleasant and so helpful..

The hotel is located in an excellent position, very close to the lake, the staff is so kind and nice, they helped us for anything we asked for!

I like the hospitalitty from the staff and owner i think they re living there too.It close to old quarter, if you choose weekend in Here, will be close to the river, and you can walk to the street, because they close for the car, its like car free day in that area from morning till night

Amazing breakfast, pho soup prepared every day, almost any request I had they cater for me. They even prepared a lunch box for us one day we left the hotel super early in the morning for an excursion.

The price is just right for the room, the only thing that could be better is the ensuite bathroom is a bit old and small, but the location is close to everything, comfortable room size, and above all, the hotel staff friendliness and service is unbeatable and compensates for those minute details.

All the staff are so helpful. They recommended me some famous places in Hanoi and good foods around the hotel. Location is the best, near Hoan Kiem Lake, just 1 min walk. I love the way they decorate the lobby. Definitely come back again.

I love this hotel so much. Breakfast is so fantastic. Best location, friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel to those who like discovering The Old Quater ❤️ I'll be back soon.
